Project 365 - Day 184 - Orange Lillies

These lillies are going nuts in our front garden.  They are absoultely huge this year, the flowers are taller than me.  I had to get on a stool to get this shot.  They seem to have loved the wet cool spring this year.

This is shot using my 24-70mm lens at 48mm.  ISO is 400.  1/80s at f/5.6 

I wanted to capture the texture of the flower.  I love the way the ends of the petals look torn ...
